Outside Platform Booking

Hosts are advice to always use our platform for every booking accepted. This is to ensure a just and fair decision outcome for every solution offered in the end of every issues. We would not tolerate any misuse of the platform such as making booking outside the platform provided.

Should we obtain proof of the back booking transaction, the host will be penalized. If you accept payment outside of Moovby for charges meant to be handled via the platform, including but not limited to extending rental, we will charge you a RM150 processing fee plus liquidated damages of RM5,500 as per our Terms of service.
