All bookings done on our platform are considered as final when the booking status is paid. We believe in two-ways communication while delivering the best experience that guest have hoped for. It is agitating for the guest should you, the host did not show up during the agreed pickup date and time. This will give bad impact towards our brand and affect a lot of planning and schedule of the guest in their daily matters. 


Therefore we are enforcing a violation fee needed to be bear by any host who violating this policy no matter what the reasons are. As a host, if you fail to show up for a booked trip, Moovby will charge you a RM150 fee.
