We as the middleman will carry out any investigation thoroughly for both host and guest issues. This is to ensure the end result is just and fair for all parties while. Nevertheless, we will not tolerate any irresponsible behaviour such as ignorance and policy violations. Both host and guest will be asked for their situation opinion for every case in our investigation. The company have the right to ask for additional documents/images/receipts/invoice as proof of the transactional business deal.
Host able to cancel his car booking should any emergency or sudden car damages happened. But need to be remind that if you(host) cancel a trip more than 24 hours before it starts, we’ll charge you a RM25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a trip starts, we’ll charge a RM50 cancellation fee. This is to maintain our host's qualities in terms of always be prepared to accept booking and deliver the best experience towards the guest.
