To clarify, we are not a car rental company as we do not own the cars in our platform. We act as a car rental concierge with payment escrow service. Therefore, we will treat all incidents with full justice to solve any issue regarding both host and guest. For any paid booking, guest will only get 100% refund only if the guest cancelled the booking within the free cancellation period. We define free cancellation period as 24 hours before the commencing of the start date and time of the rental.


For our refund process, it will take 5-7 business days for the guest to receive a successful refund.
