Our team will be working closely with both guest and host for every booking/incident in making sure every rental ran smoothly. We do not tolerate any late return as it is an irresponsible behaviour against our community policy.
Should this matter happened in your situation(no matter what the reasons are), kindly take note that If you return a vehicle 2 hours or more past the trip’s scheduled end time, your host have the right to charge you a RM20 fee, in addition to the cost of your additional use of the vehicle. For returning below the said 2 hours, you only required to pay the additional hourly payment without the penalty charge fee of RM20.
